Our excellent swimming pools are a great place to dive in, keep fit, relax or keep the kids amused.
Swimming is a great way to improve fitness, tone up and burn calories. It is low impact meaning less risk of injury and is great for rehabilitation.
All of our pools run a varied swimming programme for all ages and abilities including dedicated sessions for uninterrupted swimming, adults or ladies only and sub-aqua. If you’re a beginner or want to improve your swimming stroke, our approved ASA swimming lessons can help.
Our big pool is 25 x 12.5 metres with a depth range of 0.9 - 3.4 metres. The small pool is 12.5 x 7.50 metres with a depth range of 0.75 - 1 metre.
