Our swimming pools are a great place to jump in, keep fit, learn to swim, relax or keep the whole family entertained.
Swimming is a great way to improve fitness, tone up and burn calories, and It’s low impact so there is less risk of injury and it’s great for rehabilitation.
All of our pools run a varied swimming programme for all ages and abilities.

Swimming Pool Admission:
Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied in the water by the parent or responsible adult over 18 years of age in line with the following guidance:
- Under 4’s: 1 child to 1 parent or responsible adult without armbands or 2 children to 1 parent or responsible adult with armbands
- 4 to 8 years: 2 children to 1 parent or responsible adult
- Mixed Ages (under 8 years of age): 1 child under 4 & 1 child under 8 = 1 adult (under 4’s to wear armbands)
(Armbands must be standard BS, EN or Kitemarked)
St James Leaner Pool only: 2 children to 1 parent or responsible adult
